Backpack: Drops. mini pet (divider so can speed merch). Salvage/ID kits, quest items
Belt Pouch: wepons or armor
Bag 1: weapon swaps
Bag 2: weapon skins.

Storage

My storage is messy and random and has everything else in it...

I have mules that are specific though lol
one for events, materials, weapons, upgrades, etc.

Bag 1: Drops, consumables, special drops (Golds to be IDed, green items, things to salvage, trophies, etc.)
Bag 2: Weapon, headgear and hand armor to swap between builds.

backpack:first two rows or what ever is id kit, salvage kit, weapon sets, and the handbooks.
rest is what ever i end up picking up until the last bag where i might have another armour set if im on a character with more than one set.

my storage is completly a mess, not organized at all. I just put shit in where ever theres a free slot.

Bag 1: empty for drops, end may have consumables/quest items/keys/lockpicks
Bag 2: hero/dungeon books, consumables/etc

Storage:
Slot 1: dyes, miscellaneous 'might use' junk
Slot 2: runes, armour swap
Slot 3: mini pets
Slot 4: stacks of materials that don't fit in materials storage

Storage - Dyes, stuff to sell, nice weapons that I'll use sometime but need modding (i.e, a gold req9 tyrian skin sickle, req 10 gold fellblade, etc)

Backpack --> emtpy, pick up random crap from the ground and sell it to merchant
Belt Pouch --> as above
Bag --> usualy elite tomes and good items i find, waiting to transfer them to storage
Bag --> Lockpicks. Superior Id and Salvage Kits. Essences of celerity. Scrolls of Hunter's Insight. Mini Ghostly Hero. Alt Shield/Sword

Tab1 - Things i use. customized weapons, shields, alt gloves and helms, cunsumables.
Tab2 - Tomes, Elite Tomes and scrolls
Tab3 - Destroyer/Tengu/Undead/Charr/Mursaat Axe-Sword-Hammer-Shield
Tab4 - Unid Gold Items to store in pvp mules

(15 prestige sets + my 1 set of pre-searing set really takes up a lot of a room).

Main character:
Backpack: Weapon sets, high-end keys. Room for drops.
Belt: Room for drops
Bag 1. Room for drops
Bag 2: A few Party Animal things I'm still working on using, consumables, plus handbooks and Zho's journal.

All other characters hold weapons and quest items.

Storage:
Tab 1: Minis. It's full as of today.

Tab 2: Dyes, collectibles I always end up needing, like iboga petals and inscribed shards. Quest rewards like Luxon totems and such.
Tab 3: ID kit, salvage kit, weapon mods, runes. I tend to "store" them on my heroes, so I don't usually worry about having room.
Tab 4: Candy canes, booze, endgame collector items like Drok Keys. Also odds and ends like a green axe I accidentally farmed and can't seem to sell, map pieces, etc.
